Google has announced that it will be acquiring Motorola for sbout $12.5 billion i.e $40 per share.After the takeover of a Mobile company the bigger threat has been raised for othe mobile companies especially for Apple,Samsung and Microsoft(for it New Mango 7 mobile OS).
Google is presenting itself in aggressive way to their competitors.Google is trying to make itself self sustained so that user dont have to move to other for anything.Google has long list of popular products like Google Search,Chrome,Android,Google+ . It too have Chrome Os in which it is trying to implement Cloud Comuting. At present Google has lots of rival like Facebook,Apple,Microsoft and it had added more to compete like Nokia and Samsung.
It will be intresting to see what Google strategy to win over there rivals like
